Phanpy in the notorious F.E.A.R. mode.

For those that have no idea what that means, it generally stands for: Focus Sash, Endeavor, Quick Attack (or one with a high priority), Rattata. Only reason it ended with Rattata is because it was the most well known Pokemon to use the strategy with. More info here: [link]

Ah yes, FEAR is the most annoying tactic ever used. However, it's only counters are that of Sandstorm and Hail. That and the odd damage out of the entry hazards.

I wouldn't say it's the most annoying tactic ever made, imo. I reserve that title for people who Tank to win.

There's plenty of ways out of the typical FEAR user. Best way is to use a berry or leftovers. Or if you see it coming DON'T attack it, instead switch out to a Pokemon that's immune to its attacks.

Mainly Endeavor. Still, when people see it on others' teams (at least in Shoddy battle), they may run like hell's an inch away. >_<

Haha the FEAR tactic sounds so awesome, although I've never used it myself. The little focus sash looks so adorable on Phanphy :D
