So are Plusle and Minun mouse pokemon like pikachu or what?
As for why Minun is holding some cards I just found it interesting that it can learn Trump Card. It's not exactly a powerful move since it needs to be used multiple times before it does any serious damage. Hence its name, I suppose.

Anyway, this was requested by :iconharu-dozo:.

It's a normal type move that never misses and does more damage as its PP is lowered. On it's last PP it will have a base attack of 190. Literally it's like a last resort attack.

To put it into perspective, moves like Blizzard and Fire Blast only have a base attack 120 and they could miss their target. So Trump Card is quite powerful if setup correctly.

So the trick is to go up against a bunch of wild pokemon and use it until the PP is super low, then get into a real battle and take out the entire team? :D Man, now I almost want a Minun on my team...

Haha, I guess that's one way to use it! It'd probably work well against a gym leader when you're having problems taking out their stronger Pokemon.

Though, I'm not so sure if Trump Card is great against online players. I know people like me would see it coming a mile away.

That's true...I don't battle much online anyway, so it doesn't matter to me :) Man, I didn't know Minun was so cool, lol!
